Pricing Step 1: Purchase a Telehealth Physical Therapy Screening
We must perform a telehealth physical therapy screen to confirm that the Healthy Posture System™ is the best approach for you to safely reach your goals. During this telehealth screen a PT on Demand physical therapist will perform 4 functional movement screens. If you are not able to perform these 4 movements without faulty loading patterns, you will likely be prescribed the Healthy Posture System. The Healthy Posture System combines tele-PT coaching sessions with the Healthy Posture Club video library to restore your ability to function from healthy posture.
Month 1 + 2 (Neutral Spine Conditioning Phase) Neutral Spine Conditioning 4-pack ($300)*
The Neutral Spine Conditioning 4-pack consists of 4 online coaching sessions with a PT on Demand certified physical therapist or PTA to safely progress you to level 3 of the Healthy Posture System™.
It takes 4-6 weeks to condition yourself to perform your home and work tasks from healthy posture. After completing this phase of the program, most clients experience a 50% reduction in their pain and have a self-care program that restores access to neutral alignment to start each day.
You will be independent with a daily neutral spine conditioning workout that conditions you to perform sedentary work tasks and home tasks without faulty loading patterns.
You do not have the neutral spine conditioning to perform fitness, sport or recreational activities without faulty loading at the level of conditioning.
Month 3 + 4 (Functional Fitness Phase) Functional Fitness 8-pack ($200)*
The Functional Fitness 4-pack consists of 4 online coaching sessions with a PT on Demand certified neutral spine conditioning specialist to safely progress you toward your fitness and sport discharge goals.
It takes 4-6 weeks to condition you to safely perform your fitness and recreational activities from neutral spine alignment. You start each day with access to healthy posture and you will perform fitness level workouts without faulty loading patterns in your spine, shoulder, hips and knees.
Most clients will have a drastically different fitness program centered around movement control and neutral spine alignment at the conclusion of this phase of the program.
You will condition yourself to perform fitness, sport and recreational activities without faulty loading at level 6 of the Healthy Posture System.
*Additional packages may be required to safely progress you through the Healthy Posture System.
